I thought "Trivia" referred to fun quiz games I'd watch on TV or have fun doing in magazines - usually in the summer on the beach or by the pool.

Looking up the exact definition for the purpose of this newsletter, I feel silly not linking it to "trivial" (unimportant) - from the latin 'trivialis,' meaning "found everywhere, commonplace."

So that's what I have for you this month of August : Trivia questions.

Why?

Because I associate Trivia questions with Summer.
It's a fun way for me to share my knowledge about the brain
The more you know about THE brain, the better you understand YOUR brain.
Knowledge is power and I wish for you to be in control of your brain so you can learn more and better!
