Reading

Read the email and answer the questions in English.

Hi Alex,

Just a quick update on the product launch. We originally planned to launch on 12 October, but the technical team needs another week to complete the final tests. We have therefore moved the launch to 19 October.

The marketing campaign will still begin next Monday as planned. However, please don't publish the promotional video yet because it mentions the original launch date.

Could you contact the agency and ask them to update the video by Thursday? We would like to review the new version during Friday's team meeting.

Part 3

Listening

Listen to the message twice, then answer the questions in English.

The audio is available only during this test and cannot be downloaded as a permanent public file.

Part 4

Writing

Write a short professional reply of approximately 60 to 100 words.

We were expecting the final document today, but we haven't received it yet. Could you let us know when it will be available? We need it before our meeting on Friday.

Your reply should explain:

  • why the document is late;
  • when you will send it;
  • what you can do if the client needs information before then.

Part 5

Speaking

This part will be completed live with Feriel. You do not need to prepare anything.

We will talk briefly about your work, how you currently use English and a professional situation. The aim is to hear how you communicate naturally, not to produce perfect sentences.
