1 hour of coaching at the start of your program.
6 hours of coaching: 1 hour a month (either 2 times 30 minutes or 1 hour once a month) during 6 months
6 months of App (to be installed on your phone and make use of as you wish)
6 months of exercise platform following a customized learning program.

E-learning with a bit more guidance and an extra dose of accountability

1 hour of coaching at the start of your program.
12 hours of coaching: 2 hours a month (either 4 times 30 minutes or 1 hour once a month) during 6 months
6 months of App (to be installed on your phone and make use of as you wish)
6 months of exercise platform following a customized learning program.

E-learning with a whole lot of guidance and a whole lot of accountability

1 900€

1 hour of coaching at the start of your program.
24 hours of coaching: 4 hours a month (either 8 times 30 minutes or 1 hour every week) during 6 months
6 months of App (to be installed on your phone and make use of as you wish)
6 months of exercise platform following a customized learning program.
